Shipping Policy

At Crave & Crumb, every order is freshly baked, carefully packed, and sent with love to reach you in perfect condition. Because when it comes to brownies, freshness matters.

Processing & Shipping

We ship nationwide using The Courier Guy at a flat rate of R100.
Shipping days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
- Orders placed before 10:00am on a Monday will be shipped out the same week.
- Orders placed after 10:00am on a Monday will be shipped the following week.
We schedule shipments midweek to make sure your brownies don’t sit with couriers over the weekend and to give us enough time to bake and package each box with care.

Delivery Options

1. Standard Door Delivery
Your brownies are delivered right to your door within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please double-check that your address is correct when checking out, as we can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address.

2. Overnight Delivery
If you need your order sooner, we offer overnight delivery (1–2 business days) depending on your location. This timeline starts after your order has been baked and packaged. Please contact us first to confirm if overnight delivery is available in your area.

3. Urgent / Special Deliveries
Need brownies in a hurry , for a last-minute gift, event, or craving? Contact us directly. We’ll do our best to assist with same-day, weekend, or public holiday deliveries, subject to availability and additional courier fees.

Important Notes

Incorrect addresses or missed deliveries:
If your order is returned to us because of incorrect information or an unsuccessful delivery, a re-delivery fee (R100) plus an admin fee (R100) will apply.
Courier delays:
Once your parcel has been handed to The Courier Guy, delivery times are beyond our control. We’ll always help where possible, but cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays.
Damage in transit:
We take great care to package your brownies securely. However, once the parcel is with the courier, any damage must be reported directly to them upon delivery.
Tracking:
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries typically take 3–5 business days after dispatch.
